This deeply personal series was founded when winemaker Alie Shaper relocated from New York City to the North Fork. Making wine has been an impetus for self-discovery, and this series is a meditation on all life’s possibilities, especially when one opens herself up to new experiences and change. These premium wines realize the highest potential of North Fork fruit. The name combines Alie’s initials with if, a word that has been a guiding principle in her career. By listening to the answers if summons — what if, if only — life has led her to places she never imagined, yet exactly where she should be.
Alie's silky brandy warms from the inside out with its toasty character and mellow notes of caramel and baking spices.
A raw skin-fermented pet-nat (pétillant natural) blend with a mouthful of tangerine pith, marmalade, baked peaches, zesty pineapple, and florals. It's unrefined and unfiltered, just how we like our sparkling.
This dry and pink pètillant naturally has a light, fine bubbles, with a glorious nose of dried figs and li and blueberry. Notes of papaya, elderberry, green tea, and peppercorn are met with relaxed acidity in this smooth sparkling.
This Pinot Gris, Riesling, and Gewürztraminer white blend is bone dry and crisp, lip-smacking, and delicately fruity.

This orange has expressive botanical notes with animated with dark citrus and moody spices.
This dry, full-bodied rosé is designed to mature: bold and age-worthy, with brooding flavors of crushed berries, pomegranate, rhubarb, and fennel. Contrary to general belief that rosé only lasts for one season, Courage is designed to mature and deepen within 5 years of its release date.
The Cabernet Franc-Merlot blend is medium in body with quaffable smooth tannins, and bursting with flavors of mulberry, goji berry, juicy plums, cherry liqueur, and espresso.
Notes of elderberry, cassis, pomegranate and black cherry are framed in firm tannins and a warm medium-bodied palate that is keen for food. The perfect red to pair with roasted meats and homemade pasta.
