Tasting Notes
This Pinot Gris, Riesling, and Gewürztraminer white blend is bone dry, crisp, lip-smacking, and delicately fruity. Candied pineapple, prickly pear, and honeysuckle greet the nose. On the palate—a bouquet of key lime, grapefruit, starfruit, and pear, with a lingering textural citrus finish.

Process
"Hope" is a multi-region New York blend—the Pinot Gris is from the Hamptons, the Riesling was grown in the Finger Lakes, and the Gewurztraminer was sourced from the North Fork of Long Island. Both the Pinot Gris and Riesling were cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks. The Gewurztraminer was fermented on its skins—this contributes to the texture and the gorgeous golden hue of the wine.
